Summary/Abstract: In the context of digitization and sharpened competition, the importance of shared user experience and the presence of a positive image is becoming more and more valuable in shaping the attractiveness of destinations. The purpose of the article is to study the elements, which forms the attractiveness of Sunny Beach Resort on the international tourist market and to identify ways for its promotion. The applied research methods for achieving the goal are: studying the image of the resort by quantitative content analysis of digital communication channels and exploring the consumer satisfaction of real visitors, who have gained experience with Sunny Beach Resort.
