Summary/Abstract: One of the most important factors that effects material and spiritual development of societies is religion. Religious education and instruction plays a vital role in the development of personality and identity of people. Imam and Preacher Schools, an important institution that meets the need of men of religion for the Presidency of Religious Affairs whose official aim is to enlighten people in terms of religion, based on a four year on middle school, present various duties such as imam, preacher, Qur’anic Courses teachers at the Religious Affairs as long as they pass the necessary examinations. As a result of development of socio-cultural settings and conditions, the men of religion’s professional knowledge and ability, professional experience, religious pedagogical formation and effective communicational skills become more and more important in each day.
