Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between TQM approach and OCB which is one of the contemporary management approaches and has recently become popular in health care services. In this study, descriptive and relational scanning model was used and question scale application was done as a method. The universe of this research in all hospitals in Ankara, Turkey serving first as ISQua / SAS accreditation certificate application forms accepted and the first supervised serving in a private hospital administrative staff. Since the universe was reached(125 person) in the study, no sample was taken.
