Summary/Abstract: This paper examines manuscript No. 740 of the collection of the St. Cyril and St. Methodius National Library, which is the work of Pathermutii Mushinski. The manuscript contains a copy of Agapios Landos’ series “Miracles of the Theotokos” translated by Samuil Bakachich. The emphasis of the study is on the way that a late writer from the beginning of the 19th century perceives, reproduces and edits the text of Bakachich.
