Summary/Abstract: The management approach of the organizations leads the organizations to survive in the competitive environment and keeps following the changing market conditions and consequently, it takes all the steps that need to be done in order to be a successful organization. It is also seen as a key to success in good governance and management for organizations. Top managers in organizations with this understanding are undertaking a challenging task. Managers who cannot do their jobs may face the change. There are many reasons in the managerial change in the organization. It may not always be possible to measure all variables included in the model of management change because of various reasons. In a study to be carried out in this context, problems arising from measurements of explanatory variables can be considered within the framework of unobserved heterogeneity theory.
