Summary/Abstract: Parental authority is the main means of child protection. To achive child protection the legislator has granted a series of rights and duties to the parents and which are part of the parental authority content, referring both the child’s person and his assets. In the present study we have analized a part of them, referring both to the Civil Code regulations and to the special laws in the field of child protection and promotion.
