Summary/Abstract: RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of the article is to show the attitudes of secondary school students on issues related to the problems of global development challenges in the context of international relations. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The research problems analyzed are the level of familiarity with the subjects of global development and possible attitudes towards the challenges that globalization processes bring. The study analyzed the selected literature, and the survey method used was a questionnaire consisting multiple-choice questions. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The high level of knowledge of students about the world around them, knowledge of challenges of globalization and international relations may result in creating specific consumer attitudes. RESEARCH RESULTS: Based on the results of questionnaires the author stated that the level of knowledge of students in the last year of high school in the analysed areas is at a relatively high level. Only a small part of high school graduates did not face issues related to anti-globalism and alter-globalism. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The high level of knowledge of students about the world around them, knowledge of challenges and development of international relations may result in adopting an attitude close to the accepting consequences of globalization. It is worth entering into the curriculum more topics related to conscious building of consumer attitudes.
