Summary/Abstract: According to general development model; in an economy sectoral development occurs in agriculture-industry-service sequence. The first two sectors namely agriculture and industry sector- is directly related with the production of physical goods (Ekinci, 2004). On the other side; service sector which is located out of this industry and constitutes more than half of the world's developed economies since the last fifty years, is still continuing its progress. Especially as a result of the rapid changes occurred after 2000s, a shift from agricultural and industrial industries to service sector is experienced. The growth in service sector is very large and occurs in various areas. Indeed, the problems occurred during the dissolving of the issues and troubles in service marketing area within the usage of traditional marketing disciplines has revealed even as the establishment of a marketing sub-discipline described as service marketing (Midilli, 2011).
