Summary/Abstract: Moral damages are a category of prejudice, namely that have a non-patrimonial character. So they do not look at heritage, tangible goods, real estate or mobile, but the person, the psyche and/or the physique. Through various illicit acts, the perpetrators of such acts are detrimental to the honor, prestige, image of a person in society or family.Moral damages are also encountered in working relationships. As a rule, employees, civil servants, and other staff - are affected by harassment, modification, or termination of work/service relationships, etc.The injured person, of course, has the possibility to appeal to the competent court requesting compensation for the moral damage he has suffered, proving a minimal proof of that damage.
