Summary/Abstract: Introduction: Lymphoma affecting the orbital locality occurs rarely, but the occurance has increased over the years. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is the most common type arising in the orbit and has indolent or aggressive character. Lymphoma presents primary or secondary in the orbit. First signs the patient is comming with are unspecific and that makes the differential diagnosis very important. Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis of 35 patients with diagnosed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, from the Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine, Comenius University in Bratislava in the period from January 1 2009 to December 31 2016, focused on the first signs of the disease located in the area of the orbit, on the age the diagnosis was assessed, subtype of the lymphoma, dynamics of the incidence in observed period. Acguired datas were statistically processed and evaluated.
