Summary/Abstract: The assessment of the evidence and the means of evidence in the criminal procedure has a uniform legal framework for all stages and phases, but the objectives and conditions of its implementation are not the same. The tasks of the relevant stage and the need to justify the evaluation of the evidence influence the subject by raising the confidence threshold to be taken for decision-making.
