Summary/Abstract: The article discloses logical and historical grounds of the current crisis and peculiarities of its manifestation in Ukraine. The author substantiates basic approaches to finding a way out of the crisis and suggests directions for correcting tax, monetary, and credit policies, as well as overcoming structural deformations.
