Summary/Abstract: On the basis of the methodology of economic theory considers the objectivelegitimacy of the emergence of the rule of law. It is proved that the rule of law emerges asan internal component of economic life and determines a measure of combining freedomof individuals and their dependence on society. Legal economy is based on the rule of law.The main features of the legal economy are contractual relationship, competition rightsand obligations, the trust between business, society and the state.
