Summary/Abstract: In this paper, main questions regarding changes and amendments, or harmonisation and improvement of archival and heritage laws in Sarajevo Canton, but also in Bosnia and Herzegovina are considered. Also, the main arguments and explanations which authors were using in the process of preparation of laws's draft, public hearing and preparation of the proposals of these laws are presented.
