Summary/Abstract: The current study follows the work of the parliamentary opposition in the 13th Ordinary National Assembly, regarding the problems connected to the internal policy legislation and the affirmation of Ferdinand’s personal regime. The conflict in which the opposition MPs fight against the restriction of civil rights and the increase of the crown prerogatives by using legislation, is analysed. The specifics of the individual parties’ manifestations as well as the contacts and confrontations between them in their struggle for power are reviewed.
