The paper seeks interdisciplinarity of Law and Bioethics and the importance of their mutual relationship fromfrom the perspective of Ronald Dworkin′s Philosophy of Law, one of the most important contemporary legal philosophers. The paper deals with the basic concepts, the significance and the comprehension of such an opinion on the understanding of law and bioethics, that is, the intersections in which they are inevitable.
