Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on measuring the inequality of teaching effectiveness in sec-ondary schools in Wrocław. In the first part of the article the author appropriately converts the data and explains the construction of two models. First of them is based on the model used by Aitkins and Longford and the second is introduced by the author and is based on simplified Sen function. In the second part of the article the author applies those data to the proper models and draws conclusions from the obtained results.
