Summary/Abstract: In the article the author tries to show that knowledge acquired in elementary school is important in high school. For this purpose he uses models for panel data. The use of panel models to measure the effectiveness was launched by M. Aitkins and N. Longford in 1986. In the second part of the article the author applies data to the model and draws conclusions from the obtained results.
