Summary/Abstract: The task of the work we determined the disclosure of our own achievements in the modeling of legitimate and illegal processes of the state system of Ukraine, and the purpose - to outline the methods for preventing crime in accordance with the developed model.Terms of our model of the state of Ukraine, we have defined the point of view that this system creates and receives from outside the raw materials, finances, human resources, energy and information, transforms them into external ones (into the external environment of society) or returns to the system in a modified form to achieve its goal - the provision of human rights and freedoms (Article 3 of the Constitution of Ukraine). With the aim of modeling, we have chosen the description and demonstration of the processes of obtaining the state system of Ukraine outside of the substance, energy and information, their transformation and publication outward (into the external environment) or returning to the system in a revised form. The context of our model will be the environment of the world order (society). To construct the functional IDEF0 model of the system of the state of Ukraine and schematically visualize its criminogenic processes, we used SADT technology. In the model of the state system of Ukraine, crimes as specific manifestations of crime should be depicted in the rectangles of the functional blocks by the wording of the objective side of the crimes set forth in the articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Given the fact that it is about the activities of specific subjects - citizens, these processes should be reflected in the diagrams of the last (grass) level of decomposition.
