Summary/Abstract: The methodology of the investigation is the part of forensic science that reveals and explores patterns of stop and search procedures traits, supply and use, stop, other forensic evidence and forensic material information with respect to a particular type of crime investigation and the expected type situation. Criminology develops gradually each methodology for investigating crimes. In the following text, we want to introduce a new type of methodology – methodology for investigating crimes against the environment. In a more general concept that methodology can be described as a methodology for investigating environmental crime.
