Summary/Abstract: Creativity and innovation are paradigms of the present. The aim of the research is to indicate chosen areas of human creativity and innovation stimulation in the light of neurosciences achievements related to fast and slow thinking (due to D. Kahneman’s differentiation). The discern is of grand importance, because different sources of individual creativity determined by thinking mode imply different ways of pro-innovative human resources management. The attempt to intentionally-functional explanation of the research problem is based on critical observation of socio-economical environment changes and the analysis of subject literature.
