Summary/Abstract: The article includes basic concepts of dissertation thesis in the field of social reflexive anthropology. Goal-setting characteristics of entrepreneurship as a key personal competence are pointed. A diagnostic study was done with a sample of respondents with specific ethno-cultural characteristics. The etno-psychological markers in the context of national education priorities and standards are listed.
