Summary/Abstract: The article presents a research on the history of lobbying in modern Ukraine and the develop-ment of domestic lobbying during the Russian Empire, the period of the National Liberation struggles of the Ukrainian people and the USSR. The author focuses on the peculiarities of domestic lobbing, which was formed under conditions of a totalitarian system and transformed into post-Soviet years.
