Summary/Abstract: This article presents interpretations of the term ‘freedom’ and its aspects expressed on the internet through freedom of speech. Both opportunities and threats stemming from widespread access to means of expression of opinion on the internet are examined based on current events and developments. Presented examples illustrate the practice of both the regulation that is introduced as well as the manipulation happening in this regard.
