Summary/Abstract: The way to increase the participation of disabled people in tourism is to allow them to be comfortable in their hotel business and be able to reach the services provided comfortably. People with disabilities face different challenges both in hotel business and in daily life. In this study, the problems faced by the disabled people in the hotel business and solutions were tried to be put forward. In this study, semi-structured interview technique was applied. An interview form was formed with interview questions and interviews were conducted with 15 disabled guests who stay in Burdur province and stayed in various 4- and 5-star hotels in Antalya. Descriptive systematic analysis technique and frequency analysis technique were used in the analysis part of the results. As a result of the research, the most important problems faced by disabled individuals in hotel businesses; The fact that the architectural structure of the hotels is not suitable for disabled guests, the problems of the hotel staff to establish effective relations with the disabled guests are due to the lack of adequate education and the indifferent attitude towards the disabled individuals.
