Summary/Abstract: The protection and use of cultural, historical and natural heritage are activities of particular social interest. In modern society, the use of heritage for tourist purposes is becoming increasingly evident. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, this process is only at the beginning, because we are a transitional society, and because of the lack of ideas and legal solutions at the national level.
