Summary/Abstract: Property crime can not be completely eradicated but with a good fighting strategy, it can be significantly reduced and brought within the control framework. This paper introduces the results relating to the methodology of detecting and proving property crime criminal offenses with a prior introduction to the property crime issue itself.
