Experiences of motherhood by women with physical disability

Summary/Abstract: Despite the growing interest of scientist and clinicians in the motherhood of disabled women this topic still requires exploration. The subject of the considerations is the analysis of motherhood experiences of women with motion disabilities. This phenomenon was presented with reference to available research results and analysis. Decision about motherhood, the process of becoming a mother, difficulties, challenges and positive aspects related to being a mother with disabilities were describe. Possible form of support of women with physical disability were also analyzed.
