Summary/Abstract: Pressing charges according to the procedure by article 219, par.2( indictment by investigative officer with the first investigative activity against the accused) and art.356,par.4 from Bulgarian Code of Criminal Procedure( indictment at summary procedure by a legal fiction) creates unsolvable practical and scientific problems. After serious deliberation I propose this procedures to be revoked from the Code.
