PRIMJENA ZAKONA O RESTITUCIJI IMOVINE CRKVAMA I VJERSKIM ZAJEDNICAMA U ODNOSU NA ISLAMSKU ZAJEDNICU
APPLICATION OF THE LAW ON PROPERTY RESTITUTION TO CHURCHES AND RELIGIOUS COMMUNITIES IN THE CASE OF THE ISLAMIC COMMUNITY

Summary/Abstract: According to all the data from previous years, the restitution in Serbia on the basis of the Law on Restitution of churches and religious communities, to certain subjects has been properly applied but in regard of the Islamic community it is slowly vanishing. However, some questions and problems remain open and without their adequate solution it is not possible to complete the whole procedure. Here, first of all, we consider establishment of the rule of law, ending decades of injustice, and respect for the rights of all the citizens on equal legal treatment by the system.
