Summary/Abstract: The applicant's constitutional rights were not violated by a decision rejecting a request for judicial enforcement because, pursuant to the Maritime Code, after the constitution of the limitation fund it shall no longer be possible to seek the institution of regular enforcement proceedings, which, according to the provisions of the Law, are to be settled from the constituted limitation fund.
