Directions Of Business Support Infrastructure Development: In Focus On Autonomous Territorial Unit Gagauzia

Summary/Abstract: The article provides an analysis of the complex subjects of the entrepreneurship support infrastructure on the national level on the example of the Republic of Moldova. Presented studies described the development of entrepreneurship support infrastructure (ESI) on the example of a development region - Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia. The issues of improving the effectiveness of existing subjects of ESI are considered: the pooling of efforts and coordination of activities of subjects of ESI; creation of information resources of the IPP through the development of a regional information-analytical system (RIAS), focused on serving SMEs; diversification of services of subjects of ESI through retraining and staff development using the potential of formal and non-formal education structures; creation of subjects of ESI, which act as binding elements of business processes; the development of networking between business structures - MLAA - science and education - ESI and the expansion of international integration. The general goals and objectives of the development of this type of infrastructure focused on stimulating of the sustainable economic growth and improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.
