Summary/Abstract: The paper analyses different approaches to the issue of non-pecuniary damage compensation in selected other employment relationships, focusing on service relationships. The object of the paper is in particular to point out the substantive and procedural implications of the concept of the non-pecuniary damages and its consequences for the enforcement of the rights of the individual victim.
