Summary/Abstract: The first possible question in the field of the dogmatics1 of agricultural law is the meaning of `agricultural law´. In the present paper agricultural law means, according to the legal system in force, the totality of the rules adopted for the implementation of the agricultural policy.2 This definition is rather general, therefore some notes are necessary.
