Summary/Abstract: This study focuses on the legal consequences of the amendment to the Forest Act made by the Act of 16 December 2016 amending the Nature Conservation Act and the Forest Act. Within the scope of interest remains introduced by the act amending Article 14b in the context of protection for nature reserves.
