Summary/Abstract: Where by reason of the action of the assured or with his consent, the risk has been substantially increased, the insurer shall not be bound to the indemnity for the loss attributable to such alteration of the risk. It is not decisive what degree of the fault has caused the risk increase, but only that the risk has been substantially increased because of an action of the assured or with his consent.
