Summary/Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is individual behavior that is discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognized by formal reward system, and in the aggregate promotes the efficient and effective functioning of the organization. The seven main categories of OCBs are: helping, sportsmanship, organizational loyalty, organizational compliance, individual initiative, civic virtue and self-development. The following article aims to identify the possible impact of employees’ OCB on the success of the process of continuous improvement and achieving the expected level of business excellence.
