SOCIOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION OF NEW PROFESSION

Summary/Abstract: The technology of construction a new profession is considered in the article. Express sociology is such construction tool. The basic directions of the innovative training program of higher education in the field of humanitarian technologies are described. The process of sociological construction consists of several stages. The first stage is the theoretical basis for the professional field of humanitarian technologies. Human technology include knowledge, ideas, symbol system. The second stage of construction is the model of professional competences building. The third stage is the interaction of the university with competent experts. Found that, a new type of relationship, the priority of which is the involvement of employers in the investigation and implementation of educational policy of the universities appears in the modern conditions. The final stage is the creation of innovative educational programs for training new profession – “specialist in the field of humanitarian technologies”.
