Summary/Abstract: The article presents the discussion instigated by Joanna Szczepkowska’s column Homo Childhood in 2013. The author reconstructs certain threadsof the dispute, focusing primarily on the belief expressed on that occasion concerning the alleged prevalence of homosexuals in the world of theater. She regards these issues in the context of the parliamentary and media debates, happening more or less concurrently, related to drafting a lawproposing the institutionalization of partnerships. The text is an analysis of the concept of the “homosexual lobby” used by both Szczepkowska and parliamentarians. The author attempts to reveal a plexus of affects and fears that provoke the use of this term.
