Summary/Abstract: This work is an analytical – synthetic study about interdisciplinary task in education/schooling domain. Using this kind of tasks in many fields of science, technology and medicine is presented. Normative requirements are described, which are placed before task teams, as well interdisciplinary teams. The functional needs of effective teams are indicated. Especially was stressed the task significance as them factor influencing the effective work of interdisciplinary teams, for example therapeutic team in nursery school „Słoneczna Kraina”. This text was written based on first experience using teams, we were interested in. Our results are the same as the results of the research on high effectiveness units, as we called them „High-Performing Systems” (HPS). The conclusions of surveys are being heuristically used in therapeutic practice „Słoneczna Kraina”.
