Summary/Abstract: In recent years blended learning has started to spread in the sphere of education on a worldwide scale more and more rapidly. The idea looks attractive, for it combines both the traditional forms of education, obtained as a result of pedagogical experience, gained over the years, and along with this the diverse educational functions of the new technology can be used. In the article the experience of the University of Veliko Tarnovo related to the application of blended courses of learning is shared.
