Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to look at cultural magazines in Łódź. The author analyses magazines which play the most important role in the city’s cultural and intellectual life. The group includes Kalejdoskop, Kronika Miasta Łodzi and Tygiel Kultury. The publication indicated the profile of selected magazines, their history, content, issues discussed, as well as recipient groups.
