Summary/Abstract: The archival documents relating to the Department of Polish National Loan Fund in Bydgoszcz have survived in a rudimentary state. Press releases concerning its activity may indicate the main directions of its operation. Undoubtedly, the legal basis were generally binding normative acts. The results of this study allow to challenge thesis that titled Loan Found has supported the German interests. The PNLF Branch in Bydgoszcz has opened after the transfer of power in the city to Polish administration. I hope that tractu temporis will find the archival documents allowing for further research on the titled matter.
