Summary/Abstract: Psychological Realism which characterizes Dana Dumitriu's prose, involves exploring areas of intimacy of the being or revealing the availability of historical reconstitution. The complexity of the narrative process of Dana Dumitriu is revealed through the circumscription of some important themes (the theme of failure, solitude, lack of authenticity), but also by using some refined ways and strategies that bring together behavior observation and psychological analysis, introspection and descriptive manner. Lucidity, the careful examination of the outer reality, or the immersion in the depths of one's own being are ways that put into motion characters, roles and ambience. The Dana Dumitriu Prose is characterized by the way the road itself is actually a way to others, to the time and space of a troubled history.
