Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on various digitalization projects of the Literature Archive of the Museum of Czech Literature from 1998 to the present. The first project (1998–2000) was aimed at making the fundamental registers of the Museum’s collections accessible in electronic form and at transferring older registers into word-processed documents. As part of the second project (2002–2004), these documents were then transferred into a database system and the Museum has henceforth switched to a fully electronic processing of its archives and archival tools are available online. The task of the third project (2016–2020) is to digitalize the papers of nine important fonds of the Literature Archive of the Museum of Czech Literature and to make the results available online at www.badatelna.eu. As part of this project not only will archives be made accessible at a distance, but also a new digitalizing department is being constructed. Also, the process of preparing electronic copies of the archives and their online presentation is being improved.
