Short Description

Literature Archive Annual The Literature Archive Annual has been published since 1966. It presents the academic and professional activities of the Museum of Czech Literature by drawing on literary-historical source materials from the fund of the Museum’s Literature Archive (e.g., hitherto unprinted manuscripts, correspondence and literary/iconographic documentation). The contents of each annual are strictly given. It is founded on studies in literary science and literary criticism and publications and reports from the Museum’s Literature Archive including information on recent acquisitions in a given period. While some issues of the annual are centred on a theme, others focus on a particular author. It is around 350-400 pages long. The original academic works in the annual are subject to an independent review procedure prior to publication; each study is assessed by two experts. All parts of the annual are subject to review with the exception of ‘Literature Archive News’. At present the annual is managed by PhDr. Jarmila Schreiberová (schreiberova@pamatni-np.cz). In spring 2010 the Literature Archive Annual was entered by the Research, Development and Innovation Council in the List of Peer-Reviewed Non-Impact Periodicals Published in the Czech Republic. Published by the Museum of Czech Literature (company ID: 00023311). Address of editorial board: Památník národního písemnictví, 118 38 Praha 1 – Hradčany, Strahovské nádvoří 1/132.
