Summary/Abstract: The article is structured into two parts: in the first part the author makes some theoretical conceptual specification on minorities, ethnical minority, minority of language, race and religion and national minority. In the second part the author highlights and analyzes some of the issues of the relation between the Romanian education system during the interwar period and national minorities from Transylvania.
