Summary/Abstract: Current demographic changes, such as population aging and population decline, constitute a challenge for contemporary organizations. The objective of this article is to assess cross-generational management in terms of recruiting Generation Z employees as a response to the current demographic changes. The case study method was used to illustrate the cooperation between organizations and secondary schools, which is one of the forms of boosting the attractiveness of the organization as an employer.
