Summary/Abstract: The issue of labor relations is highly complex, given the fact that each of the parties involved in the employment relationship (employees, managers, employee representatives, trade unions, employers, state) have objectives and some points of view in their regulation. Moreover, at the level of the whole European area, there are many differences from one country to another regarding the quality of labor relations. In this article, the authors aim to highlight some elements of specificity in terms of labor relations in some European countries, according to criteria such as: the role of trade unions and employers, social dialogue, collective negotiation and employee representatives.
