Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the temporal aspects resulting from the Act of 10th June 2014 amending the Act on Competition and Consumer Protection and the Code of Civil Procedure (“Amending Act”), which influence the interpretation and application of various legal institutions of the Act on Competition and Consumer Protection.
